Lichfield flats evacuated for safety of residents

A flat fire at Ridware House on Hobs Road in Lichfield was reported to emergency services just after 1pm this afternoon (12 November). Crews from Lichfield, Tamworth, Rugeley, Barton-under-Needwood and Burton attended and extinguished a fire on the third floor and assisted with the safe evacuation of the residents.
